Roger G. Ibbotson is Professor in the Practice Emeritus of Finance at Yale School of Management. He is also chairman and CIO of Zebra Capital Management, LLC, an equity investment and hedge fund manager. He is founder, advisor and former chairman of Ibbotson Associates, now a Morningstar Company. He has written numerous books and articles including "Stocks Bonds Bills" and "Inflation with Rex Sinquefield" (updated annually) which serves as a standard reference for information and capital market returns. Professor Ibbotson conducts research on a broad range of financial topics, including popularity, liquidity, investment returns, mutual funds, international markets, portfolio management, and valuation. He has recently published "The Equity Risk Premium" and "Lifetime Financial Advice". He has also co-authored two books with Gary Brinson, "Global Investing" and "Investment Markets". He is a regular contributor and editorial board member to both trade and academic journals.
Daniel Sandmann is a frequent key note speaker and publishes on regulation, new technologies and digital strategy. Daniel had global compliance and regulatory roles with an international Financial Services Group in Munich, leading international regulatory change projects. Prior to this, Daniel was Director at Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt and in charge of the interaction with regulators globally, including coordination of regulatory audits and of the colleges of supervisors. Before heading the Regulatory Contact Office, his positions at DB included global compliance coordination of outsourcing, regional Compliance Officer and reputational risk management coordination. Daniel has been a research fellow at the Universities of Muenster and Barcelona. He studied at University of Muenster law school and received the bar exam at the Berlin Federal High Court. Daniel graduated from University of St. Gallen and Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation and has a teaching assignment on Compliance at the University of Augsburg.

Ignacy Morawski is one of the best-known market economists. His background includes work in a banking sector (WestLB, Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości), where he was chief economist ressponsible for microeconomic analyses. In the years 2012-16 he was noted in many forecasting rankings and was recognised among top three best macroeconomic analysts twice according to the National Bank of Poland and "Rzeczpospolita" daily. He was also part of the macroeconomic forecasting task force in the Polish Academy of Sciences and part of WiseEuropa think tank. Ignacy started his career as a financial journalist in "Rzeczpospolita". He graduated with a degree in economics at Bocconi University in Milano and political sciences at Warsaw University.

Sergius Flek is Head of Credit Risk Poland providing oversight for several key risk-wide focus areas in Poland including Product Control, Portfolio Management and Counterparty Analysis. Before assuming his current role, Sergius Flek was working in London and Frankfurt offices holding various roles in Credit Risk.
