Close to 15 years of experience in international finance, capital markets and business management gained at top-tier global financial institutions. Since 2014 is a Managing Director at S&P Global Ratings, heading the Relationship Management team for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), serving as the Regional Head for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and acting as the General Manager for the Poland branch. In parallel, since 2016, is a member of the Supervisory Board of MCI Capital S.A. Before joining S&P Global was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank in London where he covered CEE, Russia and Israel for Markets and Investor Services and served as the Deputy General Manager for the Poland branch. Prior to 2007 he spent five years with Citi Corporate and Investment Banking, focusing on Poland and CEE. Piotr built an asset management department at the largest co-operative bank in Poland and launched an algorithmic proprietary trading company. Marek Dietl holds a degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a PhD from the Institute of Economic Sciences, Polish Academy of Sciences. During his PhD programme, he was a fellow at the University of Glasgow. He is Assistant Professor at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) since 2012. In 2012-2013, he was a fellow at the University of Economics, Essex. He completed a two-year programme in finance: EY Executive Studies in Finance.
In 1999-2008, Marek Dietl worked with the international consultancy Simon-Kucher & Partners, where he was promoted from Intern to Proxy to Leader of the Warsaw office. In 2008-2012, he was with Krajowy Fundusz Kapitałowy S.A., initially as Investment Manager and later as Deputy Director for Investments.

Artur Granicki is the Managing Partner in Snażyk Granicki Law Office, and an expert on capital markets law, in particular concerning investment funds, as well as on the law of financial transactions, especially corporate finance projects. He gained valuable experience at Poland’s Financial Supervision Authority, as an inner lawyer in Noble Funds TFI and in number of prestigious law firms. He has participated in numerous capital transactions related to financing economic entities, the acquisition of large blocks of shares, the establishment of investment funds and the implementation of ne technologies in financial institutions. Artur Granicki is a legal advisor. He has authored numerous publications and studies concerning capital markets law and corporate law.

W latach 1999 - 2004 był członkiem Komisji Egzaminacyjnej dla Doradców Inwestycyjnych. Funkcję Prezesa Zarządu IZFiA pełni od 1 lipca 2005 roku. W okresie luty-sierpień 2008 roku był członkiem Rady Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie. Równolegle prowadzi pracę naukowo - dydaktyczną na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego, która w znacznej mierze dotyczy zagadnień związanych z funkcjonowaniem rynku kapitałowego. Jest autorem licznych publikacji dotyczących rynku kapitałowego.
