Professor of economic sciences, lecturer at Wroclaw University of Economics and universities abroad (including Jiao Tong University in Shanghai). In his scientific and research work, he focuses on finance and statistics and econometrics. Head of the Department of Financial Investment and Risk Management, and Director of the Institute of Financial Management at Wroclaw University of Economics. He cooperates with numerous financial institutions and companies. He has served as a Member of the Scientific Council of the National Bank of Poland and as a Member of the Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
